摘要
In this paper, predictive vibration for fixed cylinder deactivation of the L6 diesel engine have been done. First, this paper presents the frequency analysis based on different cylinder deactivation states in the theory view. Second, the torsional vibration and engine vibration are analyzed based on multi-body dynamics simulation model. Third, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different cylinder deactivation states, the results of this paper lay a solid foundation for the next dynamic cylinder deactivation development. In addition, the analysis conclusion can guide the product to avoid resonance risk, shorten the product development cycle and reduce the development cost.
