摘要

Lubricating oil is the blood of diesel engine, which plays the role of lubrication, clean dispersion, heat dissipation and cooling, and sealing and rust prevention. The plateau has environmental characteristics such as low air pressure, low temperature and large wind and sand, which puts higher requirements on diesel engine lubrication. This paper reviews the research status of the influence of plateau environment on diesel engine performance, especially lubrication performance. It is concluded that the lubricating oil of plateau diesel engine should have stricter low temperature startability, high temperature viscosity retention, high temperature oxidation resistance and high wear resistance. Only a small amount of single performance-enhancing lubricant has been developed. In addition to shortening the oil change cycle, the development of special lubricants for cold regions in the plateau is of positive significance for ensuring good operation of internal combustion engines.
