摘要
As the core component of engine, the piston component is under the more demanding work environment, its performance directly affects the engine's power, economy and emission. A non-road high-pressure common rail diesel engine was taken as the research object. Based on the result of piston temperature field test, a finite element simulation model of piston with different thickness of thermal barrier coating and a piston dynamic model were established. The distribution characteristics and changes law of the thermal barrier coating on the temperature field, thermal deformation of the piston matrix and the influence of the thermal barrier coating on diesel engine blow-by and oil consump-tion were emphatically studied. Research results show that, the maximum temperature of the thermal barrier coating piston has the largest decrease of 14.83% compared with the aluminum alloy piston. The radial thermal deformation of the piston in the pin direction is greater than that perpendicular to the pin direction. The maximum blow-by and oil consumption of the thermal barrier coating piston have the larg-est increase of 5.2% and 15.6% compared with the aluminum alloy piston.
